Progress, here's where Hivemindd actually stands
August, 2026
Four weeks ago I said we were closer to a real client journey, closer to signed revenue, and closer to proving this model works. Here's the honest update, the good and the still-in-progress.
The big one: Client Journey v1 goes live by the end of August. For the first time, clients will be able to create a profile and submit a project directly on the platform instead of everything running through email and calls. Scoping, SOW creation, payment, and project management stay human in the loop behind it for now, we're not shipping something half-baked just to hit a date, but this is the front door finally opening the way it should.
On the pipeline side: two more client engagements are in motion with signed SOWs, and we brought on another partner opening a new path to new clients. We also stood up an AI SDR this month to widen the top of the funnel, early days, but promising.
We've been out representing this community all week at Atlanta tech week events, and I'm joining a startup podcast at the end of the month to talk about what we're building and why. More visibility for Hivemindd is more visibility for everyone building inside it.
None of this has been a straight line. I'm learning as much from what hasn't worked as what has, from advisors, from this community, from a CEO peer group I just joined. If you've got feedback on Client Journey v1 once it's live, or ideas on what would make this platform more useful to you, I want to hear it. That's not a formality, it's how the next month gets planned.
