Quick update from HQ.
We closed our first client two weeks ago. Small project, honestly. But it's real, it's referenceable, and it proved the whole thing works, scope to delivery.
Behind it: 18 deals in the pipeline, about $1.4M total. The bigger ones are in cyber, AI and IT operations. They're moving. They're not closed, and I'm not going to dress them up like they are.
Why I'm telling you this: when those land, we look here first to staff them. So I need you in it.
