Clarity Technologies is a digital patient engagement and practice performance platform that helps medical practices improve profitability with automated patient education and staff training. I hold dual roles as both CMO and CCO, overseeing demand generation, strategy development and execution, corporate partnerships, manufacturer relations, marketing automation, content strategy and creation, video production for product development, and revenue growth. In my role as CMO, I am also responsible for revenue growth, driving revenue through our largest key accounts, namely Alcon, Allergan, Revance, Novartis, Galderma, Waltz Health, RxSight, and Cutera, with total revenue generated of over $12 million dollars. In addition, I led a corporate brand transformation after acquiring an aesthetics technology company, renaming and rebranding the two organizations into one cohesive company. I’m currently employed at Clarity, but I’m seeking to take the next step in my career growth.
Corporate Brand Transformation
Led full corporate transformation, renaming and rebranding Engage Technologies as Clarity Technologies — developing the brand architecture, customer research, vision, mission, and cultural alignment to reposition the company in a competitive B2B landscape.
Built a unified go-to-market strategy covering paid, earned, and owned media, driving measurable increases in inbound leads and brand awareness.
Oversaw website redesign and digital experience overhaul, introducing modern UX principles, analytics integrations, and AI automation through agents (ChatGPT, n8n, Gemini, Zapier, Hubspot, Salesforce) and software integration.
Partnered with executive leadership and board to redefine corporate purpose and visual identity, resulting in a cohesive internal and external brand experience.
Automated Cataract Patient Education for Premium Lens Adoption
Developed, Produced, and Directed pre-appointment video education for cataract patients for deployment in Clarity’s customer base, designed to inform patients on advanced technology options for lens replacements.
Achieved opt-in rates above 62%, with video completion rates above 73%.
Reported patient satisfaction scores above 92% with over 70% reporting they would consider choosing an advanced technology option even if it came at an out-of-pocket expense.
Increased conversion rates for advanced technology lenses for our customers from an average of 15% to an average of 42%.
Automated Patient Education for other Markets
Developed, Produced, and Directed pre-appointment video education for Aesthetics, Ocular, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Audiology.
Designed and deployed go-to-market plans for each vertical with successful launches.
Expanded cataract education to international markets with fully localized content in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia
Manufacturer Partnerships for Patient Education
Formed strategic partnerships with large product manufacturers to deploy branded video education in existing customer base, while leveraging their salesforce to offer the Clarity solution in the market resulting in $14M in revenue over the past three years.
Developed, Produced and Directed branded pre-appointment video education for large product manufacturers including Alcon, Allergan, Novartis, Revance, RxSight, Staar Surgical, and Merz.

Launched the new brand and digital ecosystem in 2024, contributing to 20% revenue growth over the previous year and open dialogue for private equity acquisition.
