Call Center support handling over 30+ inbound calls daily
Maintain metrics over the 85% mark for employees to have the opportunity to advance within the company.
Handle outbound calls for external sites to troubleshoot network cabling problems, gateway light status, and ISP modems.
Network Operation Center support for a plethora of network topologies.
Remote support for the following equipment: HP (MSM313, 720, 710), Cisco (Meraki Access Points, Aironet Access Points, and Switches), and Tranzeo Access Points.
Support Network equipment by SSH(PuTTY),Terminal/Command Prompt, and GUI interfaces.
Support Network connectivity for Mobile OS's including the following: (BB10,iOS 6,7,and 8, Android 4.0 - 4.4)
Support Network Connectivity for Desktop OS's including the following: (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Macintosh OS 10.7,10.8, 10.9 and 10.10)
Support Guest/End Users in environments ranging from 20-200+ remotely across the United States 24/7.
