Fractional Work
Hi guys! Thought I'd drop a line here. What are your thoughts on this: Is fractional work capitalizing on the very thing that is causing US workers, especially in IT, to remain out of work? Companies who might otherwise hire full-time workers either direct or on contract are going to people outside their countries, avoiding fair hiring practices. Things are getting worse, and being ghosted is the cultural norm. In addition, that's usually the best-case scenario, with other common issues of jobseekers being scammed.
