Why Enablement Does not Fix Execution Gaps
Most enablement assumes the problem is knowledge.
So we train harder. We certify more. We repeat the message.
But execution gaps rarely come from not knowing what to do. They come from not knowing when, why, or how it connects.
Without a shared operating rhythm, enablement fades quickly. People revert to habits under pressure.
A useful lens for leaders: If enablement stopped tomorrow, would execution actually change?
